• Cougar operated property is located southwest of Westlock in the Alexander field
• Cougar acquired the property October 1, 2009 from a public company as a penalty resulting from a failed farm-in
• The property was shut in when acquired and minor repairs were successfully completed in June 2010 resulting in the well returning to a producing status
• Cougar currently has a 90% working interest BPO and 55% working interest APO
• 1 Producing Wabamun oil well with a single well battery and 1 suspended well that may be used as a water disposal well in the future
• Current net production is approximately 15 barrels of oil per day
